【Abstract】 In this paper the legal problems occurred in the proc ess of management buyouts in our country are analyzed from the four aspects: th e subject,capital source,pricing and supervision. Based on the relevant cases in recent years, some corresponding opinions and advice,are put forward which incl ude distinguishing corporate types, financial innovation, introducing pricing me chanism, strengthening public information, and protecting minor investors.更多还原
