单轴转向架车辆动力学仿真

【摘要】 常规和非常规转向架对车辆的曲线通过性能的影响进行了对比,并介绍了几种采用非常规转向架车辆的运用实例,该车辆形式因具有较好的曲线通过性能而日渐受到关注。通过理论分析,本文提出了一种采用单轴转向架的短车体车辆模型设想,并运用多体动力学分析软件SIMPACK对该转向架及车组的动力学性能进行了仿真模拟。结果表明,该模型在满足运用要求稳定性的条件下,在曲线通过性能方面具有明显的优势,尤其适用于小半径曲线的轨道线路。

【Abstract】 This paper compares the influence of conventional and unconventional rail vehicle configuration models on the structural parameters and characteristics of the rail vehicles in curve negotiation, and presents some examples of operating train-sets using single-axle bogies, which prove to have better curve negotiation performance and attract more and more atlention, this paper introduces a new concept of one single-axle bogie for a shorter and broader vehicle, and analyzes the dynamics figures by the SIMPACK multiple solid dynamics software. The results show that the model gains good stability and clear curve negotiation advantages over the conventional models, and it especially suits vehicles running on sharp curves.
