【Abstract】 By analyzing the characters of railway passenger transportation, a new method is proposed to measure the generalized travel cost and the influencing factors are discussed. The LOGIT model is used to describe the passengers’ mode-choice behavior among different transport modes, under the conditiong algorithm is given of competition and its solution to fix the optimal railway passenger-ticket prices to maximize the revenue of railway management departments. Finally, a calculating example is included to illustrate the application of the model and its solution algorithm.更多还原
