车体钢结构的轻量化研究

【摘要】 介绍了现行25型硬卧车车体钢结构的结构特点,通过对车体轻量化的几个方案进行有限元分析计算,确定了最终的优化设计方案。

【Abstract】 The features of the car-body steel structure of the 25 type non-cushioned berth sleeping car are described. Through the finite element analysis and calculation on several schemes of weight lightening of car-body, the final optimization design scheme is determined.
