【Abstract】 To optimize the extraction process of baicalin from Scutellaria baicalemsis Georg,The baicalin yield extracted by four methods(the method of boiling,the reflux extraction,the ultrasonic extraction and the diacolation extraction) was compared.The results showed that the baicalin recovery rates in the ultrasonic extraction were highest among the four methods.The ultrasonic extraction showed not only the highest recovery rate and baicalin yield,but also a simplify working and a better repeatability.更多还原
