【摘要】 以文心兰(Oncidium)金西(Onc.Kinsei)品种试管苗为材料,比较了细胞分裂素6-BA、KT、Ad及其不同浓度对文心兰试管苗增殖的影响。结果表明:3种细胞分裂素在与0.2mg/LNAA配合使用时,对文心兰试管苗增殖影响较大,试管苗在不同培养基上产生新芽的时间、增殖系数和生长状况等差异较大。6-BA最适于文心兰试管苗增殖,其使用浓度范围是2.0~4.0mg/L,最大增殖系数可达7.3。而不同浓度的KT和Ad则在此培养条件下均不适合用于文心兰试管苗的增殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of three kinds of cytokinins with different concentrations on the propagation rate and the time of new shoot formation were studied by using the in vitro Oncidium shoots. The results indicated that the time of new shoot production and the propagation rate were different in the media which contained different kinds and different concentrations of hormones. 6-BA was the best suitable for propagation of the in vitro Oncidium shoots within the concentration 2.04.0mg/L.The largest coefficient of propagation reached to 7.3. However,hormone KT and Ad were not suitable for Oncidium shoot propagation under the same conditions.更多还原
