阳离子交换树脂催化蔗糖溶液水解
Hydrolysis of sucrose solution by cation exchange Resin
【摘要】 使用强酸阳离子交换树脂(H+型)在搅拌反应器中催化蔗糖溶液水解,介绍了糖浆浓度对pH以及水解速率的影响,指出强酸阳离子交换树脂在搅拌反应器中催化蔗糖溶液的水解反应偏离了一级反应的模式。通过对实验数据的分析整理,得到了校正后的反应级数为n=1 3;同时,在50℃下及固液比为1∶1时,48°Bx以下浓度的糖液水解速率常数的表达式为:k=0 00919+0 000129×Bx。由此建立的反应速率方程,与实验数据吻合良好。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>This paper introduces the experiment of sucrose solution inversion by strong cation exchange resin in stirred tank reactor.The effects of the solution concentration on pH value and hydrolyzation rate are presented.The experimental results show that hydrolyzation by resin diverge from the first-order reaction.It is obtained by the data analysis that the reaction ordern is equal to 1.3.Under the temperature of 50℃ and the ratio of 1∶1 between solid and sytup lower 48°Bx,the reaction rate constant k can be given as k=0.00919+0.000129×°Bx.The formulas established exactly describe the inversion process and accord with the experimental results very well.
