【摘要】 学习型社会理论是发展社区教育的理论支撑,社区教育在国外有着广泛的理论和实践。我国近年来各种文件会议多次提出建立终身教育体系,开展社区教育,建设学习型社会。社区学院是该体系中重要的组成部分,它的教育应当具有终身性、开放性、共享性、适应性和多元性的特征。天津市和平区成立了社区教育委员会,通过加强领导、统一协调保证了经费投入,并以新华职大为社区学院组建了社区教育中心,取得了较好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theory of learning society is supporting the theory of community education that has broad theory and practice abroad. During recent years, the suggestion of building up lifelong education system, developing community education, constructing learning society has been raised by all kinds of documents and meetings in our country. The community college is an important part of the system. It should have the characteristics of lifelong, opening, sharing, suitable and multiple.
