异辛醇磷酸酯的合成及在渗花工艺中的应用
The Preparation and Application in Pe netrating Glaze of n-octanol Phosphoric Ester
【摘要】 以异辛醇和五氧化二磷为原料,分析了各种试验条件对合成反应的影响,结合反应转化率和产物渗透性分析,得出了最佳合成工艺条件为n(异辛醇 )∶n(五氧化二磷) =(2~3 )∶1,酯化时间3h ,酯化温度70℃。并讨论了异辛醇磷酸酯渗透剂在渗花生产工艺中的应用性能。
【Abstract】 Ethyl hexanol phosphoric ester was prepared with 2-Ethyl hexanol and di-phospphorus p entoxide.Main experiment factors affecting the reaction were discussed and with composite analysis of the product and with the reaction conversion optimum techn ological conditions were given:Molar ratio of 2-Ethyl hexanol to di-phosphorus pentoxide was (2~3)∶1,esterification time was about 3?h,and reaction temperat ure was controlled at 70?℃.And its application in penetrating glaze was introd uced.
