【摘要】 目的　对中华眼镜蛇毒致局部组织损伤的 6种治疗方法 ,通过动物实验进行疗效优劣比较 ,找出最佳治疗方法。　方法　用中华眼镜蛇毒制作动物家兔局部组织损伤模型 ,分别采用 6种不同的治疗方法进行局部治疗 ,观察其疗效。　结果　 6种治疗方法从优到劣依次是 :抗蛇毒血清局部注射—糜蛋白酶局部注射—蛇伤药酒外敷—坏死组织早期切除—局部烧灼法—局部组织切开冲洗。　结论　中华眼镜蛇伤致局部组织损伤的治疗方法应首选抗蛇毒血清局部注射和糜蛋白酶局部注射 ,其次选用蛇伤药酒外敷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to find the best treatmen t of the local tissue damages local injected by the Chinese Cobratoxin,6 methods are studied. Method 6 treatment methods are seen in the rabbit s local injected by the Chinese Cobratoxin. Result The advantage me thods in the rabbits in order are:anti-cobratoxin serum local injection,chymo trypsin local injection,anti-snake-toxin drug wine for external application ,necrotic tissue early-excision -local cautery and local tissue dissection and washing. Conclusion The anti-Cobratoxin-Serum and chymtrysin local inj ection are the best,the anti-snake-toxin drug wing for external application is second.更多还原
