【摘要】 目的探讨使用MTD平衡仪测评平衡功能的效度和敏感性。方法年龄相匹配的正常对照组和偏瘫病例组,每组20例,用平衡仪测定不同状态下平衡能力(指标为单位体重双下肢承重差和完成平衡仪训练软件提供的接球试验的接球数),两组进行对照研究,将所有受试者平衡仪测试结果与其Fugl-Meyer平衡得分、Berg平衡量表评定得分做相关分析。结果在静态站立、蹲位起立、重心转移3种状态下,正常对照组和偏瘫病例组的单位体重双下肢承重差和完成接球试验的接球数经两样本t检验,检验结果提示差异具有统计学意义。3种状态下单位体重双下肢承重差与Fugl-Meyer平衡得分和Berg平衡量表得分呈高度负相关,接球试验接球数与上述2个量表得分呈高度正相关。结论MTD平衡仪以双下肢在不同状态下承重差来反映人的平衡能力具有较高的效度和敏感性,该系统接球试验的接球数可以作为指标反映训练过程中平衡能力的改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the validity and sensitivity of MTD-balance systems in the assessment of balance function. Methods Twenty healthy subjects and twenty hemiplegic stroke patients were measured with two indexes by MTD-balance systems in three conditions (to stand up and sit down, balance when standing, weight shift when standing). All subjects were assessed by the Berg’s balance test (BBS) and the Fugl-Meyer balance test (FM-B). Results The indexes obtained from the patients are significantly different from those of the healthy subjects. There were moderate to high correlation between the MTD-balance systems’assessment and the clinical balance test (BBS, FM-B). Conclusion The MTD-balance systems have high validity and sensitivity to assess the balance function of the stroke patients.更多还原
