【Abstract】 This article analyzes KTV industry and record industry in the copyright benefit and the economic aspect conflict and believes that two professions should be mutually beneficial.The benefit conflict is not irreconcilable.The real solution depends on both sides in negotiating the mutual benefit.At the same time,this article proposes some suggestions in order to do good for the conflict solution.更多还原
