【摘要】 路政管理是公路管理部门为维护公路管理者、经营者、使用者的合法权益,依法保护路产的行政管理。《公路法》对公路管理机构的行政主体资格、享有的行政强制措施以及公路管理机构是否有权决定损害公路的赔(补)偿数额等执法活动中实际存在的问题未能较好地解决,路政管理工作面临着严峻挑战。文章结合相关法律法规对路政管理中存在的一些法律问题进行了探讨。更多还原
