茄根酸性组分对牙周炎炎症相关细胞因子含量的影响
The Influence of the Acidic Components of Aubergine Root to Cytokine in Periodontitis
【摘要】 目的:探明茄根酸性组分的抗炎机理。方法:制备大鼠牙周炎模型,治疗一周后用放免法测定牙龈组织中细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的含量。结果:茄根酸性组分能显著对抗牙周炎大鼠牙龈组织中TNF-αI、L-6I、L-8的升高。结论:茄根酸性组分具有拮抗炎性细胞因子效应。能有效地抑制IL-6和TNF-α的分泌,对牙周炎的治疗发挥积极作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:Research on the anti-inflammatory mechanism of the acidic components of Aubergine root.Methods:Made rats periodontitis model,treated with drugs.After a week,measured the contents of interferon-6,interferon-8,tumor necrosis factor-α in tissue of gum with radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results:Compare with the model, the acidic components of aubergine root significantly reduced contents of interferon-6,interferon-8,tumor necrosis factor-α in tissue of periodontitis gum.Conclusion:The acidic components of aubergine root significantly decrease the content of inflammatory cytokines as IL-6 and TNF-α.
