两种黄芪种子的扫描电镜与紫外光谱鉴别
Identification of Two Species of Huangqi Seeds by SEM and UV Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 目的鉴别膜荚黄芪与蒙古黄芪种子,为黄芪药材种植提供品种筛选依据。方法应用扫描电镜与紫外光谱法对种子进行鉴别研究。结果两种黄芪种子种皮纹饰有差异,紫外吸收峰的数目和位置有所不同。结论利用扫描电镜与紫外光谱法可准确鉴别两种黄芪种子。
【Abstract】 Objective:To identify seeds of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch. ) Bge. and A. membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao for Radix Astragali planting with proper varieties.Methods:To identify the two species seeds by electron microscopic scanning and UV spectrophotometry.Results:There are differences in characters of seed surface and UV spectrums.Conclusion:The two species of Huangqi seeds can be correctly identified by electron microscopic scanning and UV spectrophotometry.
