【摘要】 目的:研究芝麻素散剂对乙醇引起小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:设空白对照组、肝损伤模型组和0.96,0.48,0.24g/(kg·bw)大豆磷脂组、0.24,0.12,0.06g/(kg·bw)芝麻素组及4.66,2.33,1.77g/(kg·bw)芝麻素散剂组,小鼠给予50%乙醇〔0.12ml/(10g·bw)〕共5次,给乙醇前预先灌胃大豆磷脂和芝麻素等5天,实验第8天测定血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性和肝匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量。结果:芝麻素散剂小、中剂量,大豆磷脂中、大剂量组的血清ALT及芝麻素散剂中、大剂量组和大豆磷脂各剂量组AST水平均较乙醇性肝损伤模型组低;大豆磷脂小、中剂量组MDA含量显著低于乙醇性肝损伤模型组,而中剂量组GSH明显高于乙醇性肝损伤模型组。结论:芝麻素散剂与大豆磷脂对乙醇性肝损伤有保护作用,芝麻素散剂中大豆磷脂为抗酒精性肝损伤的主要功效成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Sesamin Powder on hepatotoxicity by induced alcohol in mice.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into11 groups:control(A),ethanol treatment(B),0.96 g/kg·bw(C),0.48 g/kg·bw (D),0.24 g/kg·bw(E) of soybean phosphorlipid,0.24 g/kg·bw(F), 0.12 g/kg·bw(G), 0.06 g/kg·bw (H)of sesamin and 4.66 g/kg·bw(I) ,2.33 g/kg·bw(J), 1.77 g/kg·bw(K) of Sesamin Powder.Mice received 50% ethanol〔0.12 ml/(10 g·bw)〕by gavage every 12 hrs for a total of 5 doses. Soybean phosphorlipid ,sesamin and Sesamin Powder were administrated i.g twice a day for five days before ethanol administration. Subsequent the serum ALT and AST level , the live MDA,GSH content were measured.Results:Compared with ethanol liver injury models, the content of serum ALT of the groups of C,D,J and K decreased; the content of serum AST of the groups of C,D,E,I and J decreased; the content of liver MDA of groups of D and E decreased, and the content of liver GSH of groups of D increased.Conclusion:The Sesamin Powder and soybean phosphorlipid protects against the liver injury caused by acute alcohol administration.更多还原
