【摘要】 目的:研究中风星蒌通腑胶囊治疗急性脑缺血的机理。方法:采用大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型,选用中风星蒌通腑胶囊高、低剂量组及华佗再造丸对模型进行治疗,并设假手术组及模型组。观察各组大鼠血清中TNF-α,IL-8含量变化。结果:模型组大鼠血清TNF-α,IL-8含量明显高于假手术组(P<0.01),中风星蒌通腑胶囊高低剂量组及华佗再造丸均能降低大鼠血清TNF-α,IL-8含量(P<0.01),且中风星蒌通腑胶囊高、低剂量组明显优于华佗再造丸(P<0.01)。结论:中风星蒌通腑胶囊治疗急性脑缺血损伤的机理与下调细胞因子的炎性反应有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of Zhongfeng Xinglou Tongfu Capsule(ZFXLTFC)in the damage of rats with acute cerebral infaraction and its effective mechanism.Methods:The rats with acute cerebral infarction were used as model. Using Huatuo Zaizao Wan(HTZZW)as positive contrast and high-dosed and low-dosed groups of ZFXLTFC to treatment,we measured the levels of serum tumors necrosis factor(TNF-α),Interleukin-8(IL-8).Results:The contents of TNF-α, IL-8 of model group increased greatly than sham-operation group(P<0.01) after acute cerebral ischemia. The levels of TNF-α, IL-8 reduce in the two ZFXLTFC groups as well as HTZZW groups compared with model groups(P<(0.01)). The cure effects were more remarkably on decreasing the levels of TNF-α, IL-8 when high-dosed compared with lower-dosed of ZFXLTFC groups (P<0.01), and the high-dosed as well as lower-dosed of ZFXLTFC groups are piroted to HTZZW groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:This study showed that ZFXLTFC can regulate the expression of inflammatory factor response after the acute cerebral ischemia reduce impaired extents of cerebral tissues and protect brain nerron in acute cerbral infarction.更多还原
