【摘要】 目的:对益母草中总黄酮进行提取和鉴别。方法:采用紫外光下呈色反应、氨水反应、三氯化铝反应等方法对黄酮进行了定性分析,并且用一元回归方程法对其进行了含量测定。结果:益母草中总黄酮的含量为0 .2 8% ,回收率为98.6 %。结论:该方法操作简单、方便,且无污染,可作为对益母草中黄酮物质提取的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To extract and distinguish the total flavanone from the leonurus.Methods:Using the reactions which present colors under th e ultraviolet ray, NH 3-H 2O and AlCl 3 to analyse the flavanone.Results:The total flavone contained in the leonurus is abo ut 0.28%, and the recovery rate is 98.6%.Conclusion:The method is simple, convenient and no polluti on,which can be used to extraction the flavone from the leonurus.更多还原
