【摘要】 目的:研究山香圆含片的消炎、镇痛作用。方法:扭体反应、热板法、二甲苯致小鼠肿胀法、蛋清性大鼠足趾肿胀法、H+所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验。结果:山香圆含片能显著降低醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数,提高热板所致小鼠痛阈,对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、蛋清性大鼠足趾肿胀、H+ 所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性提高均具明显的抑制作用。结论:山香圆片具有消炎、镇痛的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the analgesic eff ect of Shanxiangyuan Baccal Tablet.Methods:Body-twist, hot-plate, inflammation caused by dinc ethy benzene, the foot swelling of rat caused by egg albumin, the effect of the tested drugs on skin capillary permeability induced by hydrogen-ion were observe d in the experiment.Results:Shanxiangyuan Baccal Tablet can markedly reduce th e twisting times of mice and rates caused by acetic acid, increase the pain thre shold caused by hot-plate, inhibit mice’s ear swelling induced by diethyl benzen e, the foot swelling of rat caused by egg albumin and the increase of skin capil lary permeability induced by hydrogen-ion.Conclusion:Shanxiangyuan Baccal Tablet has effect of anti- inflammatory and anagesia.更多还原
