【摘要】 目的:研究中药羌活体内对流感病毒的防治作用。方法:用流感病毒鼠肺适应株A/FM/1/47(HINI)感染的小鼠肺炎模型,研究中药羌活对流感病毒肺炎小鼠的死亡保护作用及对小鼠流感病毒的防治作用。结果:死亡保护作用显示,3个剂量组的羌活对病毒导致的小鼠死亡有很好的保护作用(P<0.05);能明显延长小鼠的平均存活时间;高剂量组能直接杀灭小鼠肺内的流感病毒、降低血凝滴度。结论:中药羌活具有一定的抗流感病毒作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protective effect of Notopterygium incisum Ting against flu virus in mice.Methods:In the pneumonia model infected by A/FM/1/47, to prove the death protective effect and preventive and curative effect to influenza virus pneumonia mice.Results:The mice lifetime can be extended and the death protective effect was satisfying (P<0.05). The influenza virus can be inactivated directly and the titer can also be reduced.Conclusion:Notopterygium incisum plays the role of anti-influenza virus activity.更多还原
