栀子中京尼平苷的提取与分离研究
Extraction and Isolation of Geniposide from Gardenia Fruit
【摘要】 目的:研究栀子中京尼平苷的提取与分离工艺。方法:采用正交试验法研究了提取次数、提取时间、提取温度、提取溶剂四种因素对京尼平苷提取的影响;筛选出335大孔树脂吸附分离纯化京尼平苷,研究了pH值、温度、样品浓度等对树脂吸附能力的影响。结果:在最佳条件下,分离得到的京尼平苷纯度较高,产率在60%以上。结论:采用大孔树脂分离京尼平苷具有广阔的工业应用前景。
【Abstract】 Objective: The extraction and isolation of geniposide from Gardenia are studied. Methods: Orthogonal test method is used to study the influence of extracting degree, extracting hour, extracting temperature and extracting solvent. The multifactors that 335 macroporous resin separate and purify of geniposide were studied. Results: Under the optimal conditions, the yield is over 60%, and the purity is good. Conclusion: The method with macroporous resin to purify geniposide has wide industrial prospect.
