【摘要】 可编程逻辑控制器PLC与上位机组态软件结合在工业控制领域的应用相当广泛。介绍了Momentum系列PLC接合工业组态软件Intouch,在"渤海10号"钻井平台的自动钻井监控系统中的具体应用。整套系统是对旧的钻井监控系统的改造升级,硬件部分主要由3台上位机、现场的PLC以及大量的现场设备组成。通过Modbus协议,主上位机(防爆计算机)与现场PLC建立通信,对钻井流程进行全程监控;而3台上位机通过集线器组成局域网,应用NetDDE协议通信并实现数据共享。3台上位机均安装了由Intouch二次开发的自动钻井软件包,并且通过由BorlandC++Builder编写的专用软件,对数据进行后期处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The programmed logical controller, PLC, and the configuration software are extensively applied in the industry field. This paper introduces a particular application of the Momentum PLC and the configuration software, Intouch, in the process of realizing the monitor and control of the flat roof. The system updated the old drilling monitor and control system, composed of three computer, the PLC, and a lot of devices in the fields. The master anti-blast computer communicated with PLC by Modbus, monitoring and controlling the whole drilling process. The LAN were consisted by the three computers, which connected by a HUB, communicating by NetDDE. Intouch had been installed in all the computers, and Borland C++ Builder is used to deal with the real-time data.更多还原
