【摘要】 目的研究凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法(SP法)检测92例胃癌组织中Survivin的表达,分析Survivin表达与各临床病理因素的关系;应用Kaplan-Meier法分析Survivin表达对胃癌生存率的影响。结果Survivin在胃癌组织中的表达率为37.0%(34/92例),正常胃黏膜未见Survivin表达;Survivin表达与胃癌细胞分化、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TMN分期明显相关,(P<0.05)。Survivin阳性表达的胃癌患者5年生存率为26.5%(9/34),而Survivin阴性表达患者5年生存率为51.7%(30/58),经log-rank检验,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin表达可作为判断胃癌恶性程度和预后的辅助指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of inhibitor of apoptosis protein Survivin in gastric carcinoma and its correlation with clinicopathological feature and prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemical staining of Survivin was performed by the standard streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) techenique for the paraffin sections of 92 gastric cancers. The relationship between the Survivin expression and the clinicopathological parameter was analyzed. Kaplan-Meier method was used to investigate the correlaton between Survivin expression and survival rate of the patients for whom long term follow up data were available. Results The positive rate of Survivin in gastric carcinoma was 37.0 % (39/92), no expression of Survivin was detected in normal gastric tissues. Significant relationship was found between Survivin expression and histological differentiation grade, tumor depth, lymph node metastasis, TMN stage of gastric carcinoma. The 5-year survival rate of patients with Survivin-positive tumors was significantly lower than that of patients with Survivin-negative tumors ( 26.5 % vs 51.7 %, P< 0.05 , log-rank test). Conclusion Survivin is a member of inhibitor of apoptosis protein family that could serve as an index of maligancy and prognostic parameter of worse outcome.更多还原
