【摘要】 目的探讨PTEN和VEGF基因在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及两者的相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测65例非小细胞肺癌组织及18例肺良性组织中PTEN和VEGF基因的表达。结果PTEN和VEGF基因在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达显著高于肺良性组织,PTEN基因表达与肺癌患者的细胞分化程度、PTNM分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。VEGF基因表达与肺癌患者的肿瘤大小、细胞分化程度、PTNM分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。PTEN与VEGF基因呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论PTEN和VEGF与非小细胞肺癌的临床特征和生物学行为密切相关,二者的检测将有助于评估肺癌患者的恶性程度和预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the PTEN and VEGF expression and its clinical significance in NSCLC. Methods The expression of PTEN and VEGF was detected in 65 NSCLC and 18 benign pulmonary by the immohistochemical staining. Results PTEN、VEGF expression in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in benign pulmonary tissues. The expression of PTEN gene significantly correlated with grade of cell differentiation、pTNM stages and lymph node metastasis. The expression of PTEN gene significantly correlated with size of tumor、grade of cell differentiation、pTNM stages and lymph node metastasis. The expression level of PTEN gene was negatively correlated with VEGF gene. Conclusion PTEN and VEGF expression significantly correlated with the clinico-pathologic characteristics and biologic behavior in NSCLC. Detection of PTEN and VEGF may be valuable for diagnosing lung cancer and evaluating malignancy extent and prognosis.更多还原
