【摘要】 目的　观察双环铂对肿瘤细胞增殖的影响,并对其作用方式做初步分析。方法　利用MTT法检测细胞增殖抑制率;流式细胞仪和DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测细胞凋亡。结果　双环铂可抑制NCI -H4 4 6肺癌细胞增殖,流式细胞仪可检测出二倍体峰,DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳可检测出DNA阶梯状条带。结论　双环铂对肿瘤细胞有增殖抑制作用,并可诱导其发生凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and a ss ess the effect of dicycloplatin to lung cancer cell. Methods MTT assay was applied in the in vivo to detect cell growth rate; flow cytome t er and DNA agarose gel electrophoresis were used to detect cell apoptosis. Results Dicycloplatin inhibits lung cancer cell’s growth, and DNA fragmentation, a sub-diploid peak were detected by agarose gel and flow cytometer alternatively. Conclusion Dicycloplatin inhibi ts cancer cell’s growth and induces cell apoptosis.更多还原
