【摘要】 目的:比较甲氨喋呤(MTX)、米非司酮以及两者联合应用保守治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法:1999年1月至2002年12月在我院住院治疗的异位妊娠患者,按随机表单盲分组,每组各30例,分为甲氨喋呤组(A组),米非司酮组(B组),甲氨喋呤联合米非司酮组(C组),并将三种治疗方法的效果进行比较。结果:3组治疗方法的成功率各为A组86.67%(26/30),B组63.33%(19/30),C组93.33%(28/30),A组与B组、A组与C组差异有显著性(P<0.05),B组与C组差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。血β-HCG值恢复至正常时间A组与B组、A组与C组差异无显著性(P>0.05),而B组与C组间差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。平均住院日比较,3组间均差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨喋呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠具有成功率高、疗程短、副反应小、可减少MTX重复用药的优点,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of three different methods using methotrexate(MTX), mifeprisfone(RU486), and both of them to cure ectopic pregnancy. Methods From Jan. 1999 to Dec. 2002, 90 patients suffered ectopic pregnancy of the hospitalization treatment of my hospital, were randomly divided into methotrexate group (group A,n=30), mifepristone group (group B,n=30), consociation of methotrexate and mifepristone group (group C,n=30), and carry on three kinds of treating methods comparison. Results The effective rates in group A, B and C were 86.67%(26/30) , 63.33%(19/30) and 93.33%(28/30) respectively. There were significant differences between group A and B, group A and C ( P< 0.05), group B and C (P< 0.01). The time of blood β-HCG value recovers to the normal in group A and B, group A and C had no significant differences ( P >0.05). But contain pole in group B and C, there was significant difference( P< 0.01). Comparing the average hospitalization time, there were significant differences among three groups( P< 0.05).Conclusion The MTX consociates RU486 treatment to cure ectopic pregnancy has the advantages of high suceess rate, short cure process, little vice-reaction,reducing the reuse of MTX, deserving the clinic expansion.更多还原
