异丙酚复合不同亚麻醉剂量氯胺酮在人流术中的应用

【摘要】 目的:观察异丙酚复合不同亚麻醉剂量氯胺酮对患者循环呼吸的影响,寻求最佳组合剂量。方法:将人流患者84例ASAⅠ级随机分成3组,每组28例。其中A组:氯胺酮0.3mg/kg+异丙酚1.5mg/kg;B组:氯胺酮0.5mg/kg+异丙酚1.5mg/kg;C组:芬太尼1μg/kg+异丙酚1.5mg/kg。术后记录MAP,HR,SpO2,异丙酚总量,意识恢复时间,留院时间及副作用。结果:A组对循环呼吸影响最小(P<0.05)。意识恢复时间B组最长(P<0.05),A组次之,C组最短。留院时间A、C组差异无显著性,B组较长(P<0.05)。结论:异丙酚复合0.3mg/kg氯胺酮应用于人流术,麻醉效果佳,对循环呼吸影响小,苏醒快,副作用少。

【Abstract】 Objective The side effect of circulation and respiration in use of the different subanesthesia doses of ketamine combined with Propofol were investigated to evaluate the best drug dosage of Ketamine and Propofol. Methods Eighty-four patients for induced abortion were randomly divided into three study groups(n=28 cases). In group A,drugs included Ketamine(0.3 mg/kg) and Propofol(1.5 mg/kg). In group B,drugs included Ketamine(0.5 mg/kg) and Propofol(1.5 mg/kg). In group C,drugs included Fentanyl(1 μg/kg) and Propofol(1.5 mg/kg). Patients were observed after operation. MAP,HR,SPO2,the dosage of Propofol,the time of recovery consciousness,the time of patients to leave and the side effects were recorded. Results Group A is the minimum rules in circulation and respiration(P< 0.05),the time of consciousness from the long to the short is group B,group A,group C. The time of patieuts to leave in group B was significantly prolonged compared with group A and group C(P< 005). Conclusion Group A is good for the effect of anesthesia,to reduce the side effect and the time of consciousness.
