【摘要】 为了解近年来湖南省常规免疫接种率状况,对2002~2004年的常规免疫接种率报告质量和监测结果及强化免疫和AFP病例监测数据进行综合分析。结果表明:报告的及时率均在90%以上,县级报表的缺报率下降,全省常规免疫报表的完整性逐年提高;2002~2004年五苗的报告接种率均较高,在98.23%~99.38%之间,估算接种率为69.35%~97.7%,与报告接种率有一定的差距;调查接种率为86.3%~98.7%。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the current status of routine vaccination coverage rate in Hunan Province,the surveillance data and quality evaluation of routine and supplementary vaccination and AFP since 2002 through 2004 were analyzed.The results suggested that the timeliness of coverage rates reporting in 2002～2004 at the municipal levels were above 90%,and the dropped at the county levels were declining,and completeness were increased gradually.The routine vaccination coverage rates of BCG,OPV,DPT,MV,and HBV reported during 2002～2004 ranged from 98.23% to 99.38%,while the estimated coverage rates of these five vaccines ranged from 69.35% to 97.7%.There were some differences between the reported and the estimated coverage rates.The surveillance rates during the 2001～2003 periods were ranged from 86.3% to 98.7%.更多还原
