几种不同溶剂提取管网末梢水中有机污染物的成分比较

【摘要】 目的对不同溶剂分次提取的同一管网末梢水样中有机污染物成分进行分析比较。方法以XAD-2树脂作为吸附柱,固相萃取,用三种极性不同的有机溶剂分次提取,结合气相色谱/质谱联用技术分析比较不同溶剂中所提取的有机物成分。结果在分次提取的过程中,以正己烷、二氯甲烷和丙酮为溶剂时,检出有机污染物的种类分别17种、13种和0种,三种溶剂共检出有机物26种,管网末梢水中有机污染物成分较为复杂,烷烃类和邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的检出种类较多,检出率较高。结论以正己烷、二氯甲烷和丙酮为溶剂分次提取吸附在树脂上的有机物时,有机物种类依次下降,并且前两种有机溶剂萃取出的有机物种类不近相同,以正己烷、二氯甲烷为溶剂时,能增加萃取有机物的种类和效率。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the organic pollutants extracted from terminal tap water with various solvents. Methods The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the organic pollutants in water samples of terminal tap water that were concentrated by XAD-2 resin and extracted by three different solvents with different polarity were carried out by GC-MS and GC-ECD. Results In the processes of sequential elusion, 17,13 and 0 organic compounds were found and identified in terminal tap water with the different solvents of hexane, dichlormethane and acetone respectively; and all the organic compounds discovered with the use of three solvents were 26. The components of organic pollutants in terminal tap water were complex, the detection rate and kinds of diolefine and phthalic acid ester were high. Conclusion Follow the sequence of different solvents, hexane, dichlormethane and acetone, the kind of organic pollutants extracted from terminal tap water declines accordingly. The components extracted from terminal tap water are differed by using different solvents; and hexane and dichlormethane can reveal more organic pollutants.
