【摘要】 目的了解安仁县中小学生视力低下患病水平与分布特点,为保护学生视力、预防近视提供科学依据。方法按照《学校卫生情况年报表技术规范》要求检测学生视力,用χ2检验进行统计分析。结果小学、初中、高中学生视力低下率分别为5.8%、16.2%、40.6%。各学习阶段城镇学生视力低下率均显著高于农村学生,女生高于男生。小学生及初中生以轻度视力低下为主,高中生以中度视力低下为多。结论中小学生视力低下率随着学习阶段的升高而上升,预防视力低下应从小学抓起,采取综合措施预防视力低下发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the low eyesight prevalence and the distribution features among primary and middle school students in Anren County to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control. Methods According to "The Standard of Yearly Report Form Technique about School Sanitary Situation"eyesight examination was performed with eye chart in Anren County among primary and middle school students. Statistical analysis was used the χ 2 method. Results The students’ low eyesight prevalence in primary, junior, and senior middle schools was 5.8%, 16.2%, and 40.6% respectively. The urban students with low eyesight were much higher than those in the rural students, and girls more than boys. Most primary and middle school students presented mild low eyesight and the high school students presented moderate low eyesight. Conclusion Primary and middle school students’ eyesight is decreasing as they go into higher classes, combined prevention and control measures must be ongoing and particular stresses should begin in the primary schools.更多还原
