【摘要】 目的比较国产与进口狂犬病疫苗的免疫效果,为狂犬病疫苗的使用和选择提供科学依据。方法对两年来我中心门诊被动物咬伤人群进行分组,分别使用国产与进口狂犬病疫苗进行全程免疫,两组在免疫后不同时间检测其抗体水平,计算抗体保护率,并比较两种疫苗的副反应。结果维尔博组免疫15d、6月的抗体阳性率分别为88.6%、54%,国产组则分别为59.5%、35%,t检验两者有显著性差异,但两组免疫2月后的抗体水平无显著差异;不同年龄段的两组人群免疫2月后的抗体阳转率除老年龄段外,亦无明显差异;维尔博组副反应少,症状轻。结论建议老年人及免疫功能低下的人群使用进口疫苗,免疫功能正常人群使用国产疫苗即可。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To obtain scientific evidence on the use and choice of rabies vaccine, the author studied the immune efficacy of homemade and imported Vero cell rabies vaccines. Methods Patients bitten by animals were divided into two groups and immunized full-ranged with homemade and impotred Vero cell rabies vaccine respectively. Antibody levels were monitored at regular intervals, and subsequent calculations on the antibody protection rates and side-effect between both vaccines were performed. Results The seroconversion rates after 15 days and 6 months inoculated with imported Vero vaccine group was 88.6% and 54%, but only 59.5% and 35% in homemade vaccine group (P<0.05). Antibody titers 2 months after immunization showed no significant difference. The seroconversion rates in different aged groups showed no significant difference. The Vero group had a fewer side-effect and symptoms. Conclusion The results suggest that it is proper to recommend the elderly and immune compromised cases to be inoculated by imported vaccine, and the immune normal population to receive home made vaccine.更多还原
