【摘要】 目的了解湘南梅毒螺旋体(Treponemapallidum,TP)的分子亚型的分布,为梅毒分子流行病学研究提供依据。方法收集湘南地区疑似硬下疳的标本52例,经TPpolAPCR筛选后,阳性者用PCR扩增各标本中TP的arp和tpr基因,酶切tpr基因扩增产物,分析各TP菌株arp基因长度和tpr基因的限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP),进行分型。结果TPpolAPCR阳性者43例,可用于分型者38例,分为10个亚型,其中14d亚型为16例,其它亚型包括10d(2),12a(2),12g(1),13d(4),14a(3),14b(2),14f(2),15d(5),16d(1)。结论湘南地区存在TP的多亚型,以14d亚型为主(占42.1%)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The distribution of subtypes of Treponema pallidum (TP) in South Hunan Area was studied to provide laboratory basis for syphilis molecular epidemiology. Methods Fifty-two suspected chancre specimens, which were collected in South Hunan Area were screened by TP polA PCR. Positive specimens were selected to perform amplified arp and tpr gene products RFLP typing of T. pallidum. The tpr gene products were digested by restriction endonuclease. The sizes of the arp gene and the restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) of the tpr gene were analysed for subtyping. Results Of the 43 T. pallidum-positive specimens, 38 isolates were typeable, revealed 10 subtypes. Among them, 16 were subtype 14d, and other subtypes included 10d(2),12a(2),(12g(1)),13d(4),14a(3),14b(2),14f(2),15d(5), and 16d(1). Conclusion Multiple T. pallidum subtypes can be found in South Hunan Area, and the subtype 14d is predominant (42.1%).更多还原
