【摘要】 文章运用社会学及行为学理论,对档案工作者的行为学特征进行归纳性描述,展示了这一群体与社会中其它职业与群体不同的职业特点和价值观,及其由“道德、表率与和谐”构成的群体行为的基本模式,进而发掘出其受文化传统影响的内在关联。通过分析新形势下该行为学特征的利弊,提出应对措施,为档案管理决策者提供一定政策依据,以不断提高档案管理工作效益更多还原

【Abstract】 By applying theory of sociology and behaviorology, the paper makes a classified description of archive professionals, and demonstrate their characteristic view of value and working features, which is quite different from that of other mass groups in society. With a basic mode of "moral, model and harmony" comprised as a mass behavior, archive professionals are found to have an inner correlation with their culture tradition. Advantages and disadvantages of the behavioral feature are pointed out, and relative measures for coping with the new situation are suggested as well, giving a reference to policy makers so as to promote the efficiency of archive management.更多还原
