【摘要】 目的　探讨AFP、CEA、CA199联合检测对消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。　方法　对消化道恶性肿瘤患者14 2例,良性患者5 2例,健康对照者80例,进行AFP、CEA、CA199三项肿瘤标志物联合检测,比较其敏感性和特异性。　结果　联合检测三种肿瘤标志物在恶性消化道肿瘤组出现一项及一项以上阳性率明显高于良性患者组及健康对照组,良性患者组相对健康对照组亦有升高。　结论　联合检测三种肿瘤标志物有助于提高诊断的敏感性和特异性,对消化道恶性肿瘤诊断具有实用诊断价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of combined determination of serum AFP, CEA, and CA199 in the patients with alimentary canal malignancy. Methods Combined detected of serum AFP, CEA, and CA199 in 142 patients with alimentary canal malignancy, 52 patients with benign alimentary disease, and 80 healthy subjects. The sensitivity and specificity of the serum markers were evaluated. Results The positive result of one or more serum markers were higher in the patients with malignancy, followed by patients with benign alimentary disease and healthy subjects subsequently. Conclusion Combined detected of serum AFP, CEA, and CA199 in patients with suspected alimentary canal malignancy is helpful to improving the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis.更多还原
