【摘要】 目的　分析过敏患者血清中过敏原特异性IgE ,为过敏性疾病的防治提供依据。　方法　采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测14 6例过敏性疾病患者血清总IgE及特异性IgE ,其中吸入相关的过敏性患者86例,食入相关的过敏性患者60例。　结果　14 6例过敏性疾病患者中有10 2例阳性,阳性率69.8% ;其中86例吸入性过敏原检测中有73例,阳性率为84.8% ;61例食入性过敏原检测,阳性率为47.5 % ;有41例食入性及吸入性过敏原均阳性,占2 6.8%。在吸入组中,以尘螨、粉螨阳性率最高为43 .0 %。在食入组中,其总阳性率为3 8.3 % ,以鱼的阳性率最高为2 1.7%。在几种与季节有关的吸入性过敏原中,季节对其阳性率的影响不明显。　结论　采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测过敏患者血清总IgE及特异性IgE ,对减少、预防过敏性疾病有一定的临床意义。吸入性过敏原的检出率与季节无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide the immunological basis of prevention from allergic diseases. Methods The total IgE and specific IgE in sera of 146 cases with allergic diseases were detected by ELISA, among them 86 cases were aeroallergenrelated and 60 cases food-allergenrelated. Results Positive results were obtained in 102 cases among the 146 cases, the positive rate was 69.8%. It was proved that 84.8%(73/86) was aeroallergen-positive, 47.5%( 29/61 ) was food-allergen-positive, and 26.8%(11/41) was both aero and food-allergen-positive.The positive rate of dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and dermatophagoides farinae was higher than the other aeroallergens,while the positive rate of fish was the highest among the food allergens. We didn’t observe obvious seasonal diffence among the positive rates of the three pollen allergens. Conclusions It is of clinical significance to test the serum total IgE and specific IgE in management of allergy. No correlation between the positive rates of pollen allergens and pollen seasons is found in the present study.更多还原
