【摘要】 目的　分析外阴原发性恶性肿瘤的临床和病理特征。　方法　收集外阴原发性恶性肿瘤 2 2例的临床和病理资料 ,其中 8例用免疫组化方法作了HPV染色。　结果　 2 2例中鳞状细胞癌 13例、疣状癌 4例、湿疣样癌 1例、腺癌1例、鲍温样丘疹病恶变 1例、恶性黑色素瘤 1例、派杰病 1例。　结论　原发性外阴癌组织类型多样 ,其中部分与HPV感染有关 ,湿疣样癌需与疣状癌鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of malignancies of vulva. Methods The clinical and pathological materials of 22 such cases were collected, among which 8 cases were detected with HPV. Results In 22 cases, 13 cases were squamous cell carcinoma, 4 cases of verrucous carcinoma, 1 case of warty carcinoma, 1 case of adenocarcinoma. Bowenoid papulosis with malignant transformation 1 case,malignant melanoma 1 case,and Paget’s disease 1 case. Conclusion The histological types of primary malignant neoplasms are diversified, some of which are related with HPV infection and warty carcinoma should be differentiated with verrucous carcinoma.更多还原
