LGI1、PCNA、GFAP、EGFR在脑胶质瘤中的表达及临床意义
LGI1,PCNA,GFAP,EGFR Expression and Their Clinical Significance in Human Gliomas
【摘要】 目的 探讨肿瘤抑制基因LGI1蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)、表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)的表达、相互关系及其意义。 方法 采用免疫组织化学 (ABC)法 ,检测 5 5例脑胶质瘤标本中LGI1、PCNA、GFAP和EGFR的表达。 结果 PCNA、EGFR的表达随胶质瘤病理分级的增加而增高 ,而LGI1、GFAP的表达则随胶质瘤病理分级的增加而降低。LGI1和PCNA、GFAP、EGFR表达间均存在着密切关系。 结论 LGI1与胶质瘤的分化程度、恶性程度、细胞增殖等密切相关 ;LGI1、PCNA、GFAP和EGFR检测可能成为胶质瘤诊断及判断其恶性程度与预后的指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the significance of LGI1, PCNA,GFAP, EGFR expression in human gliomas and the relationship among them. Methods Use ABC immunohistochemistry to examine 55 cases of gliomas for LGI1, prolifera- ting cell nuclear antigen, glial fibrillary acidic protein, and epidemic growth factor receptor protein expression. Results The expression levels of PCNA and EGFR proteins increased with the increased grade of malignancy, while the expression levels of LGI1 and GFAP decreased. There was a positive reciprocity between LGI1 and GFAP. There was a negative reciprocity between LGI1 and PCNA, as well as between LGI1 and EGFR. Conclusion It was evident that the LGI1 protein expression was closely correlated with the degree of differentiation, malignancy and cell proliferation in gliomas. The expression of LGI1, PCNA, GFAP and EGFR can possibly be a useful tool for assessing the degree of malignancy and prognosis.
