油菜蜂花粉对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响
The Effect on Immunological Function by Bee Pollen of Brassica in Mice
【摘要】 目的 观察油菜蜂花粉对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。 方法 分别经口给予Balb/c小鼠 165、3 3 0、660mg/kgBW三个剂量组的油菜蜂花粉和蒸馏水对照组 3 0d。分别测定小鼠非特异性免疫功能、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能。 结果 经测试发现油菜蜂花粉各剂量组对小鼠脏器 /体重比值均无影响 ;660mg/kgBW剂量组能增强ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖能力 ;3 3 0、660mg/kgBW剂量组均能明显提高迟发型变态反应水平、促进抗体生成细胞的生成、升高小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平、增强小鼠碳廓清能力 ,并能明显增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力以及增强小鼠NK细胞活力。 结论 油菜蜂花粉具有增强小鼠免疫功能作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of Bee pollen of Brassica on immune functions of normal mice. Methods Bee pollen of Brassica were given orally to Blab/c mice for 30 days with three dosage groups of 165 mg/kg, 330 mg/kg and 660mg/kg, and water was used in control group. The functions of nonspecific immunity, cell immunity and humoral immunity were observed. Results The ratio of spleen/body weight in all dosage group was similar. The appreciation ability of spleen lymph-cell under the derivation of ConA in 660 mg/kg BW dosage group had been improved. In both 330 mg/kg BW group and 660mg/kg BW group, indexes including the response of delayed hypersensitivity, the production of antibody-producing cells, the amount of serum hemolytic antibody, the ability for clearance of carbon, the ability for celiac macrophage phagocytosis to chicken red blood cell and the activity of NK were increased. Conclusion Bee pollen of Brassica is able to improve the immunologic function of mice.
