【摘要】 目的:了解舒弗美缓释片对严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。方法:对20例COPD患者使用舒弗美缓释片每日二次,每次200mg口服,连续治疗4周。结果:治疗后峰值呼气流速(peakexpiratoryflowrate,PEFR)比治疗前明显好转。治疗时间越长,改善越明显。医患双方时临床疗效评价的有效率分别为85%、80%。结论:使用舒弗美缓释片治疗COPD有良好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of theophylline slow-releasing pill on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods:Twenty patients were giver: therphylline slow releasing pill(200mg,bid) for 4 weeks continuously. Results:The peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR) was improved significantly after treatment, the effect was more significant than others when being treated for longer time. The valuable evaluation of doctors and patients to the drug were 85% and 80% respectively. Conclusion: There is a good effect to use theophylline slow-releasing pill to treat COPD.更多还原
