内皮素对兔离体Oddi括约肌功能的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察内皮素对免离体Oddi括约肌功能的影响,以及内皮素抗血清对其的拮抗作用,从而为预防缓解治疗Oddi括约肌功能失调提供一种新的手段。方法:采用终浓度为(0.1nM-100nM)ET诱发兔离体Oddi括约肌收缩,用力-位移换能器测定张力变化,研究ET抗血清对其的影响。结果:ET能收缩静息状态下的Oddi括约肌,其作用强度随ET浓度的增加而增强。内皮素抗血清对内皮素所致的Oddi括约肌收缩反应呈抑制作用。结论:内皮素可引起Oddi括约肌收缩并呈刘量依赖关系,同时应用内皮素抗血清可显著抑制内皮索引起的兔离体Oddi括约肌收缩。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of endothelin (ET) on the isolated Oddi’s sphincter (SO) of rabbits and further effect of ET antisemm on the effect above. To provide new method for the precaution , relief and treatment of the dysfunction of SO. Methods: ET-1 with the concentration of 0. 1nM to 100 nM were used for inducing constriction of the isolated SO of rabbits and evaluating the effect of ET-1 antiserum on it. Result: ET constricted the isolated SO in dose-dependent manner under the resting condition. ET-1 antiserum depressed the constriction. Conclusion: ET can induce the constriction of isolated SO of rabbits. The application of ET antisemm can significantly inhibit its constriction.
