【摘要】 在钻井作业施工中,根据钻头与地层接触所产生的摩擦力,必须在钻井液中添加润滑剂,润滑剂的润滑性能对于优质快速钻井起到了十分重要的作用。文章介绍了一种用来评价钻井液润滑性能的测试仪器—基于单片机的钻井液润滑测试仪,系统介绍了该仪器的测量原理、测试方法、硬件电路设计和软件设计,并在硬件电路设计中给出了系统的控制框图;在软件设计中给出了程序流程图。该仪器对测试钻井液的润滑质量,评价润滑添加剂的类型和数量提供了数据,所采用的闭环控制技术,有效提高了仪器的控制精度。通过在油田的应用,收到良好的效果更多还原
