【摘要】 目的:探讨下肢动脉闭塞介入治疗的方法及价值。方法:Seldinger技术,经股动脉顺行或逆行穿刺插管,先行患肢动脉造影,然后应用渐进性脉冲—喷射法或保留导管持续72 h注射小剂量尿激酶法溶栓、球囊扩张、支架置入。结果:38例总的介入治疗成功率100%。20例采用渐进性脉冲—喷射法溶栓成功。14例采用保留导管持续72 h注射小剂量尿激酶法溶栓成功。4例采用PTA成形治疗成功。结论:采用不同的介入方法治疗下肢动脉闭塞能收到事半功倍的效果,溶栓治疗是急慢性动脉闭塞的首选方法,是PTA治疗的重要辅助措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the interventional therapeutic methods and value of arterial occlusion of lower limbs.Methods The seldinger technique was used in all patients,percutaneous puncture femoral artery arterogade or trerocatheterism.At first,the argiography was taken,then a little dose of urokinase was injected continously with pulsed-spray or reservation duct in 72 hours.balloon argioplasty and metallic stents placement.Results the successful rate of interventional therapy in 38 cases was 100%,including the pulsed-spray thrombolysis in 20 cases,the neservation duct in 14,the percutaneous trarsluminal angioplasty(PTA) in 4.Conclusion To select different interventional therapeutic methods(drag thrombolysis by percutaneous purcture PTA and stents placement) for arterial occlusion of lower limbs may get twice the result with half the effort.the throombolysis therapy is a first selection therapy for acute and chronic arterial occlusion and a accessory treatment for PTA.更多还原
