【摘要】 目的:了解我院口服降糖药物的利用情况,评价临床用药的合理性。方法:统计口服降糖门诊处方,按WHO推荐的限定日剂量DDD和药物利用指数DU I进行分析。结果:使用频率前三位的是拜糖平、二甲双胍和格列齐特,10种口服降糖药DU I值两种偏低,一种偏高。结论:除个别品种外用药基本合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs and its rationality in clinical practice.Methods Outpatient prescriptions in our hospital were analyzed statistically according to the defined daily dose(DDD) and drug utilization index(DUI) recommended by WHO.Results Glucobay,metformin and gliclazide were the three most frequently used hypoglycemic drugs.Two in ten drugs had relatively low DUI and one had high DUI.Conclusion Utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs is rational on the whole.更多还原
