【摘要】 目的:利用病案、医疗统计一体化(微机)管理,对单病种动态监测。方法:根据不同时期对单病种定义、范围的认识,将卫生部下发的30种单病种及《病种质量管理标准》中的常见病种,按ICD-10规范编码及在电脑程序上的取值范围。结果:正确录入各项统计数据,微机自动生成单病种动态报表。结论:应用动态报表实行单病种费用、住院日等监测及质量管理,对医院管理及现行的医疗保险具有极其重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To use the method of incorporating the medical record(TMR) and statistic managed for single-disease entity.Methods The code and scale for thirty of the single-disease entity and common diseases were constituted depend on the definition and confine of disease in various period.Results The computer formed the dynamic report forms after entering the statistic data correctly.Conclusions The dynamic report forms for controlling the costs and length of stay play an important role in the hospital management and medical insurance.更多还原
