【摘要】 目的:评价用二硫苏糖醇代替2巯基乙醇灭活IgM抗体在IgG抗A(B)测定中的应用。方法:80份O型孕妇血清分别经2巯基乙醇和二硫苏糖醇灭活处理,然后进行IgG抗A(B)效价测定。结果:经2巯基乙醇处理的阳性检出率44.7%;经二硫苏糖醇处理的阳性检出率45.9%。经χ2检验,两种方法的检测结果差异无显著性(χ2=0.024,P=0.052 4)。结论:用二硫苏糖醇代替2巯基乙醇灭活处理血清具有无恶臭味、反应快速等优点,可提高工作效率,并减少环境污染,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to evaluate the application of dithiothreitol(DTT) instead of 2-Mercaptoethanol(2-me) in the detection of anti-type A(or B) IgG antibody.Methods Blood sera were obtained from 80 pregnant women whose blood type were O.All the blood sera were inactivated by DTT and 2-me respectively.And then the titer of anti-type A(or B) IgG antibody was mensurated.Results The positive rate of the blood sera which were treated by DTT was 45.9%,and it was 44.7% which were treated by 2-me.There was no significance between the two methods(χ~2=0.024,P=0.052 4).Conclusion DTT can be used to inactivated blood serum instead of 2-me.It has good qualities of no stink,quick reaction and efficient, etc.It can also reduce the environmental pollution.Therefore,we recommend the method to be used widely.更多还原
