【摘要】 目的:介绍并讨论急性出血坏死性胰腺炎早期非手术治疗适应证,措施和中转手术指征。方法:总结我院外科1988年1月至1998年1月收治的41例急性出血坏死性胰腺炎的诊断治疗经验。结果:41例病人假性胰腺囊肿并发症3例,肺部感染4例,无严重并发症32例;中转手术6例,死亡2例,死亡率4.8%。更多还原

【Abstract】 ATM This Paper gives a brief account of what pancreatitis can be treated without an operation,what measures should be taken and what indications tell you that the patient has to be operated on.Methods The diagnosing and treating experience of the Surgical Department of our Hospital in treatin 41 acute hemorrhagic and necrotizing pancreatits sufferers between January 1988 and January 1998.Results Of the 41 cases,3 are pseudo pancreas hydaroncus,4 are lung infections,32 are free of severe complications,4 have to be operated on midway,2 died and the death rate is 4.8%.Conclusion Treatment only suits those patients clearly diagnosed,free of pancrea titis and peripancreatitis and having no noticeable tiliary tract obstruction,In addition to normal treatment under in tensive care,non-operational treatment lays stress on inhibiting pancteas sectetion,promote and applying antibiotics,diuretics,nutrition and herbal medicine for intestinal tract,Apply medicine or proper treatment to indications if organs outside pancteas are injured.if organs outside pancreas are injured.if pancreatits,peripancreatitis or pseudo hydatoncus occurs in the course of nin-operational treatment,operation should be conducted promptly.更多还原
