【摘要】 目的:评价根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度的准确性。方法:选择门诊患者200颗牙共350个根管,随机分为两组。实验组102颗牙180个根管,用根管长度测量仪测量其工作长度,进行根管预备和充填,术后拍片;对照组98颗牙共170个根管,用X牙片法确定根管的工作长度,进行根管预备和充填,术后拍片。结果:两种方法测得的根管长度X线片上差异有显著性。结论:根管长度测量仪在临床治疗中能准确、快速的测量出根管长度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the accurate of root length surveyor.Methods Choose 200 clinical patients total 350 root, random separate into two groups.The experiment group for 102 cases with 180 roots, applying root length surveyor test its working length, undertake root preparing and filling up, took X ray after operation; compared group 98 cases with 170 roots, applying teeth X ray testing the root working length, undertake root preparing and filling up, and took X ray after operation.Results It shows obvious differences of the length of roots between the two methods by X ray photos.Conclusion Root length surveyor is accurate and instant testing of the root length with clinic treatment.更多还原
