【摘要】 目的:评价“凋谢的百合花征”在静脉肾盂造影中对肾盂输尿管重复畸形的诊断价值。材料和方法:回顾性分析手术病理证实的肾盂输尿管重复畸形合并梗阻性积水的静脉肾盂造影(IVP)表现。结果:9例肾盂输尿管重复畸形中,5例完全性和4例不完全性重复畸形,由于上位肾合并梗阻性积水,压迫下位肾盂肾盏移位而产生典型的“凋谢的百合花征”。结论:肾盂输尿管重复畸形合并梗阻性积水是造成“凋谢的百合花征”的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of the drooping lily sign to a duplex kidney during excretory urography.Materials and Methods Retrospectively reviewed radiographic findings of obstructed,duplicated renal collecting systems at excretory urography.Results Of 9 patients with duplicated renal collecting systems,5 were complete and 4 incomplete.Typically,the drooping lily sign results from the enlarged,obstructed upper pole moiety,which exerts a mass effect on the remaining lower portion of the kidney,and inferior displacement the lower pole moiety of a duplex kidney.Conclusion The drooping lily sign results from hydronephrotic upper pole collecting system of a duplex kidney.更多还原
