【摘要】 目的探讨心理护理在重度颅脑损伤后植物状态患者的意识清醒过程中的作用。方法观察18例严重颅脑损伤长期昏迷的植物状态患者的心理变化及心理需求情况,并据此采取心理护理。结果18例患者中,出现严重情绪波动,不同程度性格变化,角色认知冲突,不同程度的行为异常。经积极治疗和心理护理,患者在昏迷40d～120d后意识逐渐恢复。结论心理护理对重度颅脑损伤后植物状态患者意识的恢复有积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the roles of psychological nursing care for patients in vegetative state with severe head injury.Methods Psychological changes and requirement of 18 cases patients in vegetative state with severe head injury were observed.Psychological nursing care were used based on these results.Results There were severe intense emotion,various degrees of personal qualities and behavioural abnormality,conflicts of characters cognition in these 18 cases.With active treatments and psychological nursing care,patients` consciousness recoved gradually after comas of 40 d～120 d.Conclusion There are active effection on consciousness recovery of patients in vegetative state with severe head injury.更多还原
