【摘要】 目的:对比研究水合氯醛口服与灌肠两种途径在婴幼儿MR扫描中镇静作用。方法:就60例行MR检查的婴幼儿分组分别采用水合氯醛口服与灌肠两种途径镇静,并观察效果。结果:口服组有效率60%,灌肠组有效率80%。结论:水合氯醛灌肠组对婴幼儿镇静效果优于口服组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To contrast study the composure function of different applied method of chloral hydrate in infant with MR examination.Methods 60 cases infant were examined by MR,chloral hydrate were used to keep infant calm by taking orally and enema,observe the effect.Results The effectiveness of cases taking orally is 60%, the effectiveness of cases by enema is 80%.Conclusion The composure function of chloral hydrate taking by enema is superior that of taking orally.更多还原
